This wasn’t just gifting — this was a visual tribute to San Francisco, the culture of safety, and the leadership gathered in the room. The client specifically requested tea-based gifts, so we designed two color-coded editions of the boxes: Each box was filled with premium tea gifts that felt calming, cohesive, and appropriate for the nature of the symposium. But what truly brought the entire look together was the lid design. Instead of adding cards or inserts, the story was told through UV spot printing directly onto the wooden box lid — a striking, permanent display of: The Golden Gate Bridge, capturing the spirit of San Francisco, the SAFE logo and official symposium title A composition of event sponsors, integrated into the design itself This design move let us kill two birds with one stone — the lid became the branding, the welcome, the thank-you, and the souvenir. No extra paper. No fuss. Just an engraved, lasting impression.
