All gifts are custom and made just for you. As such, returns and refunds are not accepted. If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us at customerservice@olivegiftco.com. We will do our best to resolve your concern promptly.

While Olive Gift Co. takes great care in packaging each gift securely, we are not responsible for damage, loss, or delays that occur during transit.
